The Works
As Bar Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the Herringbone bar, combining technical knowledge with top-tier service and genuine hospitality. From seasonal cocktails to perfectly poured pints, your attention to detail and leadership will help create a bar experience that keeps our guests coming back.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading and motivating your bar team
* Maintaining consistency in drink quality, speed and service
* Managing stock, back-bar organisation and cleanliness
* Supporting hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
* Working alongside the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
* Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
* Contributing to a positive, laid-back but professional team culture
Who You Are
* Experienced in bar service within a fast-paced venue
* Passionate about drinks, people, and hospitality
* A calm, confident leader with an eye for detail and a love for great presentation
* Organised, efficient and guest-focused
