Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of nursery practitioners within your designated room.
Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
Plan and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities to promote development in line with the EYFS framework.
Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and the nursery management team.
Ensure the environment remains safe, nurturing, and engaging at all times.
Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress effectively.
Requirements
A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Demonstrable experience within a nursery or early years setting.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
Paediatric First Aid certification (desirable, but not essential).
A warm, enthusiastic, and caring nature.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
