Job Description Fixed Term Contract Hours: 1pm - 5pm Meeting & greeting all visitors and candidates including check-in/out and completion of audit procedures as required Provide support for company wide events and own and deliver site based events Fully manage the reception; ensuring this area and the office are impeccably presented at all times, escalating any issues Weekly restocking of kitchen, stationery and office supply cabinets Ordering stationery, supplies and furniture Office expenditure and use of our ordering system Raising purchase orders Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems, constantly searching for ways of improving efficiency Provide ad hoc admin support to the Site Leadership Team Provide support and own actions from Employee Forums Able to work as part of a team and independently
