Contract Manager (Gas) – Permanent – Salary ~£50k – Base in Birmingham, remote working available.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing gas safety, repairs and installs
* Ensuring all relevant H&S and building regs
* Accurate data capture and reporting
* Delivery of contracts
* Leading a team of technical staff
* Working as part of the wider senior team for asset management
Qualifications
Ideally you will have an HNC and experience working for a housing provider or council.
