At our branch in London, we are looking for you! A Studio Manager, joining us for 20h/week, who wants to be part of a tightly knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver the best customer and employee service, both in the UK and worldwide.
Do what you love
As our Studio Manager, you are responsible for making everyday life at Manyone London a wonderful experience for our team and our clients. You work in direct partnership with our local Team Lead in London to deliver an outstanding studio experience. Additionally, you have the chance to dive deeper into the design world and take part in exciting projects.
* You are responsible for daily operational tasks at the studio (inc. studio setup, supply management, and more)
* You provide organizational support for our teams & Team Leads onsite (helping to prepare workshops & meetings, supporting with events, hospitality, and more)
* You organize & manage the Studio infrastructure (i.e. providers, technology partners)
* You provide as-needed management support and have the possibility to show off your project management skills
* You will coordinate and organize all business travel activities
* You will be handling all equipment and supply related inquiries
* You will thoroughly manage all expense and invoice matters
