Role: Wills and Probate Lawyer
📍 Location: Bakewell, Derbyshire
💷 Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE)

CRA Consulting, working within our specialist headhunting division, are proud to be representing a well-known, historic legal practice at the heart of Bakewell. This highly respected firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Fee Earner to strengthen their thriving Private Client team.
The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of private client work, including:
* Drafting and advising on Wills & estate planning
* Administration of estates & probate matters
* Creation and management of Trusts
* Lasting Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection work
* Inheritance tax planning
You will have full support from the wider team and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships within a well-established, loyal client base.
About You
This role would be ideally suited to:
* A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE in Private Client
* OR a STEP qualified fee earner with proven experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate
* Strong technical knowledge combined with a client-focused approach
* Desire to progress within a respected and supportive regional practice
