You will join a fast-growing experienced fibre engineering team concentrating on backbone installations. The role is working on the network build on multiple networks across the Midlands.
You’ll:
1. As a Trainee Fibre Engineer, you’ll be part of a team with vast experience in fibre engineering, providing you with invaluable on-the-job training.
2. You’ll be directly involved in the installation of new build networks, both underground (UG) and overhead (OH), contributing to the expansion of critical infrastructure.
3. You’ll gain expertise in splicing small, medium, and large joints, ensuring the network’s reliability.
4. You’ll have hands-on experience in testing using an OTDR or IOLM and working with fibre cabling.
