What Youll Be Doing
Taking ownership of customer queries and turning challenges into positive experiences.
Communicating with clarity, warmth, and professionalism across phone, email, and live chat.

What Youll Bring
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or complaints handling (retail or call centre experience is a bonus).
A calm, confident, and friendly approacheven when things get busy.
