P&C Advisor
Contract Duration: 6 months contract
Watford, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Job Summary:
The Advisor is a key role within the People & Culture department, providing essential support and advice to both employees and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on P&C policies and procedures and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the P&C function. Manage and support employee relations cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support on a range of P&C issues, including but not limited to
performance management, employee relations, and P&C best practices.
- Supporting the P&C Partners on case management
- Supporting the Management teams within the Tours & Retail and Studio Operations.
- Assist in the implementation of P&C policies and procedures to ensure compliance
with legal requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to P&C projects and initiatives, supporting the continuous improvement of
P&C services.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional HR certification, such as CIPD, is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in an HR advisory & generalist role.
- Employee relations management experience
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
