The role will include: To set-up, plan, organise, control and deliver on-time, in full and to agreed costs and scope. IT enablement of Business capabilities (full operational capability).? Contribution to IT Cost Saving events.? Cadence based Program increments to align Teams, Stakeholders and manage Risks, Issues & Dependencies Collaboration with key stakeholders to understand IT requirements and dependencies. Serve as the primary IT point of contact, providing regular updates on Delivery, Financials, Risks and Issues. Develop and maintain comprehensive IT integration strategy and plans.? Hands-on planning, execution and delivery of IT activities through a resourced and committed UKIT Programme structure, including Workstreams. Manage the integration of new systems with existing IT infrastructure, engaging with UK IT, Suppliers and Solution providers. Serve as primary contact for systems integration, assuring seamless connectivity and data flow.? Manage relationships with external IT vendors.? Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT integration processes.? Ensure and assure compliance with internal policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting project to be involved in, this is one of the first machine types to be installed in the UK. There are around 90 IT changes needed to configure the IT functionality enabling the cutting edge technology to perform. This role is IT PM focussed with an engineering background to compliment.
