We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
* Support the management team in maintaining high standards of care and education within the nursery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and nursery procedures.
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment that prioritises the needs of the children.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
* A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or outings.
