What you'll be doing: Supporting students in subjects like English, Maths, and Science Running small group or 1:1 sessions to help students crack the tricky bits Helping learners build routines, confidence, and independent study habits Working closely with teachers to tailor support for students with additional needs Bringing patience, positivity, and energy into every lesson What we're looking for: A degree in Education, English, Maths, Science, Psychology—or anything related Strong communication skills and a calm, encouraging presence A real passion for supporting young people (you’re the one friends come to for advice!) Someone proactive, dependable, and happy to jump in wherever they’re needed Experience with young people is a bonus—but if you’ve coached, mentored, tutored, or supported in another setting, we’d love to hear how those skills could transfer.
