Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Housing Contractor to recruit Multi Trade Operatives - undertaking works across the East London area. The Role: This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties. Duties: * Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave * Plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding * Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works * Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens * Patch Plastering * Snagging Works * Logging works via PDA * Liaising with customers, clients, and staff Candidate Requirements * Full UK Driver’s Licence * Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential * 2 years’ experience within a similar trade role Working Hours * Monday – Friday * 40 Hours Per Week * Lunch Break
