The Global Key Account Director is responsible for leading the strategic management and growth of a single, high-value global pharmaceutical client. This role combines strategic account leadership, business development, and senior-level relationship management to deepen client engagement and expand QuickSTAT global footprint. Success is measured by revenue growth, account retention, and the ability to represent QuickSTAT with exceptional professionalism and industry expertise. How you create impact Responsible for client management, relationships and agreements on a global basis. Drive account growth with high-level strategies and support execution of plans. Support client engagement and overall quality through on-site client meetings, review of deliverables and leadership of QBR's and critical meetings. Communicate at a senior level to assess overall level of satisfaction and also deal with critical situations where business may be at risk. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provide reports, on a regular and/or monthly basis. Keep management and colleagues aware of changes affecting the customer's industry as well as operations and sales. Helps to identify new revenue and margin opportunities. Helps to guide on-site reps (CRM's) mentoring/developing them in business development to ensure these investments remain profitable ventures. Formulate and develop comprehensive business plans to address: sales growth activities, technology, market information, competitive information and pricing strategies Formulate and develop yearly budgets designed to meet the growth objectives of the organization. What we would like you to bring Demonstrable experience within the logistics industry, with a strong preference for direct experience in pharmaceutical logistics or related life sciences sectors. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains, regulatory requirements, and handling of sensitive medical materials. Proven significant professional experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development. A proven history of successfully managing and growing large, complex global accounts is essential. Market awareness, including competitor activity and global industry trends. Exceptional relationship building ability and senior level client presence. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
