As a Chef de Partie, we would love you to have:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, quality restaurant
Experience running a fresh pasta section, including dough production, shaping, and sauces
Impeccable attention to detail
Full ownership of your section
Good English communication skills with a willingness to learn
Ability to follow recipes, processes, and standards
Drive and ambition with a desire to grow within the team
Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in the UK
