Job Description
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team in Epsom.
This role can be full-time or part-time, working up to 40 hours per week with a 1:4 weekend rota and no OOH requirements. The practice is flexible and open to discussing shift patterns that work best for the successful candidate.
The team consists of 3 Vets, 3 RVNs, a Practice Manager, 1 SVN, 2 VCAs, and 2 Receptionists, all dedicated to providing exceptional patient and client care with a strong community focus. The Head Nurse is advancing to Practice Manager, creating an opportunity for career progression within the team.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and dedicated RVN, whether newly qualified or experienced, looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment. The role involves assisting with the daily operations of the practice, delivering high-quality nursing care, and playing an integral role in patient and client support.
The practice is a purpose-built small animal training facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-ray, ultrasound with Doppler, a growing orthopaedic kit, and separate dog and cat wards. Peripatetic orthopaedic and cardiac vets regularly visit, allowing for in-depth surgical procedures and case workups within the practice.
