About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. This role focuses on developing robust models, optimizing performance, and integrating ML systems into production environments. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate business problems into intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
* Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and inference
* Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
* Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
* Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
* Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
* Document technical workflows, models, and processes
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role
* Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
* Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures
* Experience with data processing and model evaluation techniques
* Hands-on experience with deploying models into production environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
* Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
* Experience in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning domains
