🏢 About the Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Social Team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, developing strong relationships and delivering tailored talent solutions to meet their needs.
You'll work with a consultative mindset, ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience while driving results, supported by industry-leading training and a high-energy team culture.
💼 The Role: Account Manager (FTC)
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, managing roles end-to-end and using your market knowledge to deliver effective, timely staffing solutions.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Act as an ambassador for the business, delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates
Manage and develop existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to add value and support workforce needs
Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
Fully qualify role requirements and provide consultative advice aligned to market conditions
Monitor market trends and translate insights into clear, actionable account plans
Coordinate and support the attraction, engagement, and management of suitable candidates
Guide candidates through the process to ensure a positive and professional experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the Connect portal
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards
Collaborate closely with the wider team and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
