What You'll Do Lead the full analysis lifecycle: from scoping and benefit identification to requirements management and benefits realization. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to optimize processes and support business change. Own and drive the analysis process, influencing decisions and facilitating complex discussions. Support testing phases including user acceptance and traceability to business benefits. Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Essential: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Legal, Finance, or IT sectors. Strong documentation and presentation skills, including visual diagrams.
