HR Generalist
Reporting to: Head of People
We're looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support the Head of People with the day-to-day delivery of HR across the group. This is a varied, hands-on role combining recruitment, HR administration, performance processes, and the implementation of policies and procedures that help standardise and streamline how we work.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the daily operation of the HR function.
* Coordinating recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
* Acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
* Administering appraisals, probation reviews, and absence tracking.
* Assisting with the rollout and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
* Providing accurate data and documentation for payroll and reporting.
What we're looking for
* Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role.
* CIPD qualification (essential).
* Strong knowledge of core HR processes and best practice.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
