In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing commercial client accounts, driving new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims, assessing client risks, negotiating and presenting insurance cover to clients and insurers, ensuring full FCA-compliant procedures, maintaining accurate records, handling client enquiries and complaints, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting performance objectives and supervising team members as required.
This role would suit an Account Manager from a commercial insurance background, or similar, who is looking for a full-time, stable position with hybrid working and flexible hours.
The Role: Oversee commercial client accounts, handling new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and risk assessments.
Negotiate and present insurance cover, manage enquiries and complaints, and secure cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure all activities fully comply with FCA regulations, maintain accurate records, and follow company procedures.
Supervise and support team members as required and deliver high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
