Quantity Surveyors - London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

You'll be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams, while keeping a clear focus on budgets, risks, and commercial outcomes. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of commercial management across diverse infrastructure programmes, ensuring costs are controlled, risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered to the highest standard. You'll work on-site and in the London office, supporting teams across design, procurement, and delivery, using NEC contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial risks on complex projects
* Deliver cost control and commercial reporting across rail, power, and infrastructure programmes
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet financial and operational targets
* Work on-site across London and/or in the office near St Paul's (3 days per week)
Requirements
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical/electrical or multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
* Strong NEC contract knowledge and commercial acumen
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work across multiple projects during design and delivery phases
