Our client has been a recognised leader in the consumer products space for over 30 years, consistently ranked as a top 10 UK company in their sector. With distribution in over 40 countries and significant investment in direct-to-consumer ecommerce platforms, this is a brand with ambitious growth plans for the next 3–5 years. As part of that journey, they are investing in new talent to scale their Amazon channel globally.
The Amazon Account Manager will take ownership of developing and executing a winning strategy across both Seller and Vendor Central, overseeing trading activity in UK, US and EU. With a £10M retail business, a strong pipeline of product innovation, and enhanced investment in digital marketing, the role offers the chance to directly influence profitability and establish best-in-class trading practices across multiple geographies.
The Amazon Account Manager will...
* Own P&L responsibility, setting budgets, KPIs and defining long-term growth drivers across global Amazon businesses.
* Lead the expansion from France into full Pan-EU, localising content and range while incentivising FOB to maximise profit margins.
* Strengthen US trading performance with a smart product selection, agile inventory planning and exploration of FBM/VC models beyond FBA.
* Create and execute a UK plan that expands range listings while improving profitability through drop ship, FBM and FOB initiatives.
* Deliver detailed weekly and monthly reporting, analysing key drivers and implementing action plans to exceed sales, profit, conversion, and ROI targets.
The Amazon Account Manager will need...
* Proven success in managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts (FBA, FBM, domestic, drop ship and FOB).
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing a P&L over £8M.
* Hands-on expertise in Amazon advertising, campaign optimisation and ROI measurement.
* Proficiency with analytics tools such as Helium 10, Pacvue, DataHawk or Perpetua.
* A highly analytical, organised and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
