Overview

Gateley Birmingham, United Kingdom. This is an entry-level Administrative Assistant role on a permanent basis within the Birmingham team. The successful candidate will support a busy plot hub with general administrative tasks including document production, file opening and administration, filing, photocopying and raising invoices.


Responsibilities

* Provide general administrative support to the plot hub
* Assist with document production, filing, photocopying and invoice processing
* Support teams with day-to-day admin tasks to help ensure smooth workflow


Qualifications

* A keen attention to detail
* An organised approach with the ability to manage a large volume of work
* Confidence in learning and using a variety of IT systems, including Microsoft Office products and ideally case management systems
* A team player, willing to support colleagues on a variety of admin tasks
* A focus on deadlines
