Duties
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu specifications.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior kitchen staff, including food preparation and plating.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
* Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards.
* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating dietary considerations and customer preferences.
* Lead shift management by organizing station assignments and ensuring timely service during busy periods.
* Collaborate with catering and banquet teams to deliver exceptional service for large events.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
