Job Purpose
* Support the Corporate Head of Communications, HR & OD in delivering an effective, high‑quality HR service across the organisation, and deputise as required.
* Provide expert HR guidance on complex people matters, ensuring professional, consistent, and compliant advice.
* Lead, develop, and manage HR Business Partners to ensure efficient delivery of HR services—including employee relations, workforce planning, learning & development, performance management, and organisational change.
* Partner with managers across designated service areas, providing proactive HR support to help them meet organisational objectives.
* Act as lead officer for corporate training and development and as the HR lead for safeguarding responsibilities.
* Work collaboratively across the HR service to ensure smooth, flexible, and effective HR operations.
