Were looking for aRegional Sales Managerto manage and grow a portfolio of independent retail accounts across your area.
This role is all about building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping your customers sell more.
What youll be doing
* Managing a group of independent retail customers in your region
* Building strong, long-term relationships with store owners and buyers
* Growing sales by identifying opportunities and following them through
* Planning product ranges and promotions with your customers
* Keeping track of performance understanding whats working and whats not
* Putting together clear, simple proposals and presenting them
* Running regular review meetings to keep everything on track
* Working closely with internal teams (product, supply, etc.) to make sure things run smoothly
