You'll partner closely with operational leaders, HR and Finance to ensure we have the right technical experts to deliver complex projects now and in the future
What you'll be doing
4. Leading end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist engineering and renewable energy roles
5. Building proactive talent pipelines to reduce agency reliance and strengthen direct sourcing
6. Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and workforce planning guidance to senior stakeholders
7. Driving continuous improvement through data, systems and collaboration
8. Championing an outstanding, inclusive candidate experience that reflects Mitie's values
What you'll bring

We're looking for:
9. Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in technical engineering or renewable energy
10. Confidence balancing immediate hiring needs with longer‑term workforce planning
11. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
12. A collaborative, curious mindset and motivation to build capability for the future
13. Experience developing sustainable pipelines, including early careers or internal mobility
