About the Role

As a Carer with TLC Care, you will become a key part of a friendly and enthusiastic team who enjoy making the lives of our residents happy every day.
When joining our team of dedicated Care Assistants, you will support residents in their daily lives, from personal care to safety and assistance with daily activities. It is important to get to know each resident's likes and dislikes to provide the highest standard of person-centred care and bring smiles to their faces.

Requirements
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, you must have compassion, dedication, and a genuine interest in caring for others.
Effective communication skills at all levels, being a team player, and willingness to participate in training programmes are essential.
