Graduate Applications Consultant

Your role
As an Applications Consultant within the ADM (Applications Development & Maintenance) practice, you will develop technical skills to support and enhance clients’ business applications, contributing to activities such as incident resolution, application enhancements, testing, and documentation. You will work within established delivery frameworks like Agile, ITIL, and Product-centric approaches, advising clients on maximising application value.
Depending on your strengths and business needs, you may specialise as either a functional consultant (for example, HR, Finance, or Supply Chain) or as a technical application consultant, working with technologies such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud, and Java. Regardless of specialism you will engage with leading-edge cloud and AI technologies, have ongoing access to world-class industry training and certifications, and be actively encouraged to pursue industry-standard qualifications to support your professional growth—all while consistently maintaining high delivery standards and best practices.

Your skills and experience
1. A bachelor’s degree (preferably in a STEM field).
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
4. Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
6. A true passion for technology, and the transformational impact it can have.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employmentchecks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain.
To be eligible to apply for SC clearance the successful applicant must have resided continuously in the UK for the last five years with no more than 28 consecutive days out of the country, along with other criteria and requirements.
