Are you an experienced Registered Manager passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We’re a new domiciliary care company based in Wythenshawe, currently preparing for CQC registration, looking for a dedicated leader to join us at the ground floor.
What We Offer:

* Full-time role (37.5–40 hrs/week) with some flexibility

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the domiciliary care service to meet CQC standards
* Oversee staffing, training, quality assurance, and compliance
* Ensure delivery of person-centred care promoting dignity and independence
* Liaise with commissioners, healthcare professionals, and families
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to complete)
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care
* Strong knowledge of CQC and community care regulations
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS check
