Experienced school based administrator / receptionist required!
Pearson Whiffin Education are working with a school in Swale, Central Kent to recruit a school specialist administrator / receptionist to start in September 2025. Candidates with experience running a school front desk will be highly sought after. Knowledge of attendance management, exams administration and student facing reception work are desirable. Ability to work with systems like Arbor, SIMS and Classcharts would be good.

Candidates should have:
1. Experience of using SIMS, Arbor or a similar system
2. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection legislation
3. A current DBS (or the willingness to obtain one)
4. RTW for UK based work
