Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary
The role of Trainee Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding. If you are motivated, enthusiastic and career driven, this position could offer you a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
* Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
* Building strong relationships internally and externally
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
* Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Qualifications
* At least six months to one year experience in customer service
* Excellent sales ability
* High level of customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* The ability to negotiate
* Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Be responsive to change
