Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Parts Manager to join our CUPRA Dealership in Worcester.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 8am to 1pm.
Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £38,500.
Our Parts Managers play a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service and our customers. You will be directly involved in supplying SEAT / CUPRAparts to the general public, trade customers and our own workshops. This role would perfectly suit a highly – motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service for one of the world’s leading car brands.
Your duties will include:
You will be directly responsible managing the day to day running of the department including trade parts sales, internal retail customer sales and workshop supply. This is a busy position within the heart of one of our centres and will ideally suit someone who has previously gained exposure in a main dealer environment.
• Department reviews and management.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Staff development.
• Ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.
