About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and organised HR Project & Change Lead to join our People & Performance (P&P) team at Kraft Heinz ANZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has solid experience in project coordination and is ready to step into a project management role or someone with a few years of project/change experience looking to grow in a purpose-led organisation. Ideally, you’ve worked in environments undergoing transformation or rapid growth and are familiar with the pace and complexity that comes with it.

You’ll be working on change initiatives within the P&P team – supporting transformation projects across people, process, and systems. While you’ll partner closely with HR teams, you don’t need an HR background – just strong project/change management capabilities and a passion for enabling effective, people-first change.

Your Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):

4. Support and coordinate the delivery of P&P project initiatives across ANZ

5. Apply structured change management approaches to help land change successfully

6. Partner with project leads and stakeholders to plan, track, and deliver key initiatives

7. Develop and roll out comms, engagement, and training plans to support change adoption

8. Monitor change readiness and risks to ensure smooth implementation

About You

9. Proven experience in project and/or change management – preferably in complex, evolving organizations

10. Exposure to large-scale transformation projects (ideally people, systems, or process related)

11. A proactive, organised approach with a curiosity to learn and grow

12. Practical knowledge of change management tools or frameworks (formal certification highly regarded)

13. Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can simplify the complex and spark action

14. A hands-on, proactive mindset—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen

15. Comfort navigating complexity and moving parts in fast-paced settings

16. Experience working alongside HR or P&C teams is a bonus – but not essential
