Craggies- Café Kitchen
We are looking for an additional highly motivated individual to join our team at Craggies. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a busy kitchen, an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. At Craggies, we have a strong passion to consistently deliver high quality food using fresh seasonal ingredients from our own farm shop, and we need somebody who has the same passion to ensure our café goes from strength to strength.
The role includes regular workdays with day time hours
Responsibilities:
To prepare, cook and present food to the highest standard.
As part of a team create and maintain the café menu using seasonal ingredients from our farm shop. Putting forward new ideas to progress the café.
Manage portion control and waste.
The chosen candidate will be responsible as part of a team for ensuring that all requirements will be met in relation to Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
Attributes, Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in delivering high quality food in a fast-paced environment. (Speed and confidence essential)
Demonstrate high standards of hygiene in both appearance and working practices.
Able to work closely with the business owners and other staff members to ensure the café goes from strength to strength.
Must have a great eye for detail. (Have a sense of pride in the produce they make).
Must be organised & quick to learn and follow instructions
Must be a team player.
