This is a pure block management role, managing a landmark building and working directly with high-profile residents and a long-standing investor client. What You’ll Be Doing Take operational ownership of a best-in-class residential building in a super prime London location Deliver exceptional block management services, from maintenance coordination to contractor oversight Build strong relationships with residents, proactively handling sensitive issues and expectations Chair and attend residents' meetings and represent the client’s interests with authority and discretion Prepare and manage service charge budgets, oversee financial reporting and reconciliations Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation (FRA, EICR, water hygiene, etc.) Conduct regular site inspections and provide structured, high-quality client reporting Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in block management, ideally within prime or super prime Central London Strong grasp of leasehold management, service charge budgeting, and property compliance Confident handling challenging resident interactions with professionalism and discretion Excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship skills IRPM qualified (or working towards); additional H&S or compliance accreditations a plus What’s on Offer Base salary up to £60,000 Performance-related bonus 9% employer pension contribution Private healthcare Hybrid/flexible working The opportunity to manage one of London’s most exclusive residential developments A high-trust, professional working environment with a respected team If you’re experienced in premium block management and ready to step into a high-profile role at the top end of the market, let’s talk.
