We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ICT Teacher to join our supportive secondary school in Chorley from September 2025, to cover a part-time maternity leave position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher to deliver high-quality ICT lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop essential digital skills in a dynamic and forward-thinking department.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured ICT lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Support students of all abilities in achieving their potential
* Contribute to the wider school community and departmental planning
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Has experience teaching ICT/Computer Science at secondary level
* Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for digital learning
* Brings excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
