Heysham location
Monday to Friday day shift hours (8am-5pm) – no weekend working
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

THE BUSINESS

Our client based in Heysham are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is a coordinating role with administration duties.

We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator to become the backbone of a busy office. If you thrive on problem-solving and keeping operations running smoothly, this is your chance to join a market leader.

THE ROLE

As the Office Administrator, you’ll be more than just the person behind the desk – you’ll be the central hub that keeps everything moving.
Managing key communications with clients and suppliers.
Maintaining accurate databases and records.
Scheduling meetings and ensuring the team is where they need to be.
Creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.

THE PERSON

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Confidence using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A sharp eye for detail and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
A valid UK driving licence and reliable commute to site.
