We are seeking to appoint an Airport Co‑ordinator who will work closely with the Marketing Executive, Course Director, and year‑round International Education Administrators. This is a 6‑day a week role, however, in the initial period of employment before the Summer School starts, the Airport Co‑ordinator will work 3 days per week.

* Maintain regular contact with parents and agents, answering any queries they may have and co‑ordinating the pre‑arrival process (e.g. flight arrivals/departures/pre‑course testing).
* Manage the airport transfer process over summer, liaising with drivers and staff to ensure pick‑ups and drop‑offs run smoothly.
* Assist key members of staff as necessary such as the Director of Studies, Welfare Manager and Activity Manager.
* Proactively assist the admin team with other daily tasks as required.
* Manage the student feedback and report process on a weekly basis and report back to the department managers.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Highly motivated, show a significant degree of initiative, and be able to work efficiently and calmly, even at times of particular pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and logistical skills of an especially high order.
* Friendly and cooperative nature, with a flexible approach.
* First‑rate written skills and an excellent command of the English language, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to present evidence of the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.

We welcome applications from all sectors of our community as we aspire to attract staff that match the social and cultural diversity of our student intake.
