The Low Risk Kitchen is keen to promote excellent teamwork by employing people with a positive attitude who are willing to learn various skills to work in different positions within the Prep Department. This position involves working 36 hours per week, Saturday to Monday, on a weekend shift pattern.

Responsibilities
* Weigh products for recipes.
* Manage leftover stock using FIFO methodology.
* Cook products following provided recipes.
* Clean pots between products and coordinate with High Care Operations when pump stripping is necessary when switching between meat and vegetarian products or different species.
* Complete paperwork fully, accurately, and legibly, as required by law.
* Work in other areas as needed.
* Ensure finished products are correct first time; check with the supervisor if unsure.
* Report any potential quality issues.
* Achieve accurate yields to maintain product quality and prevent devaluations.
* Taste test each batch with a colleague before releasing to the High Care Kitchen for assembly.
* Record consistency readings to ensure batch uniformity.
