Property Management Team Manager Location: Hybrid, Cambridgeshire based Team locations: Peterborough, Norwich and Colchester Working pattern: Hybrid, home based with regional travel Salary: £40,000 PA The opportunity An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Property Management leader to join a fast growing UK residential lettings business operating at scale across multiple regions. This is not a traditional property management role. We are looking for a forward thinking leader who embraces the evolution of the UK lettings sector, understands how technology, process and people combine to deliver outstanding service, and who places the customer at the heart of everything they do. The role You will take full responsibility for leading and developing large, remotely based Property Management teams across Peterborough, Norwich and Colchester. Managing teams of 10 plus personnel, you will provide strong operational leadership, ensure compliance and service excellence, and play a key role in driving transformation as the business continues to scale. This role would suit someone based in the Cambridge or wider Cambridgeshire area who is comfortable working in a hybrid model and travelling regionally as required. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop large remote Property Management teams across multiple locations Drive consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction across the PRS portfolio Act as a change champion, supporting teams through growth, restructuring and process evolution Implement and embed new systems, procedures and ways of working aligned with business expansion Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice Monitor performance, KPIs and service metrics, taking proactive action where required Work closely with senior leadership to support acquisitions and integration of new portfolios Build a culture of accountability, resilience, collaboration and continuous improvement About you Extensive and demonstrable experience in Residential Property Management within the PRS sector Proven experience managing remote teams of 10 plus staff across multiple locations Strong background in change management within a growing or transforming business Highly resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in fast paced, evolving environments Commercially aware, with the ability to balance service excellence with operational efficiency Passionate about customer service and modernising how lettings and property management are delivered in the UK A growth mindset leader who develops people and builds future leaders What’s on offer Competitive salary package Car allowance and travel expenses Hybrid working model with autonomy and trust Clear career progression within a rapidly expanding national business The opportunity to shape, influence and lead during an exciting period of growth How to Apply If this opportunity is of interest, we’d love to hear from you.
