Service Delivery Coordinator – Environmental Services
As the Service Delivery Coordinator within environmental services, you will be involved in both the customer and supply chain experience. You will use your organisational skills and keen eye for detail to manage the customer and supply chain, order coordination and general administration to maximise the businesses’ efficiencies, attracting and retaining customers, increasing divisional revenue and profitability, and ultimately grow the Hargreaves customer‑base through forging long‑term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out efficient administration skills throughout commercial, operational and financial functions.
* Manage all aspects of the company's interaction with customers and suppliers, ensuring exemplary levels of accuracy, compliance, communication and commerciality.
* Investigate and resolve customers’ and/or suppliers’ problems escalated by the service delivery coordinator, the commercial team or directly.
* Support the Head of Supply Chain by increasing, developing and maintaining supplier relationships with hauliers and outlets.
* Document management of weighbridge tickets and waste transfer notes.
* Compliance management of suppliers to maintain high levels of accuracy and due diligence with the supply chain network.
* Handle customer complaints and queries related to operations and finances.
* Provide customers with regular reporting on waste outputs, costs and recycling percentages.
* Be the primary point of contact for nominated customer related enquiries.
* Fulfil orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Field customer & supplier enquiries, resolve any complaints and escalates when required.
* Champion and become involved in compliance & SHE initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Essentials
o Proven track record in a commercial or telesales environment.
o Driving licence.
* Desirable
o Administrative experience.
o Waste industry experience.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills.
* Ability to multitask, manage own time and conflicting priorities.
* Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
