Job Description What You’ll Be Doing As a Care Professional, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that prioritises dignity, respect, and compassion. ✨ Your key responsibilities include: Personal care (bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, toileting, and grooming) Medication support (collecting prescriptions, providing reminders, and administration) Meal preparation and nutrition (preparing tasty meals and mealtime assistance) Mobility and equipment support (getting around safely, transfers, and using mobility aids) Housekeeping (making/changing beds, laundry, tidying, light cleaning, and emptying commodes) Companionship and emotional support (providing a listening ear, engaging conversations, and outings) ✨ You’ll also: Encourage social engagement and family connections Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family Maintain accurate documentation of care provided ️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
