R&D Partners is seeking a Laboratory Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the Newcastle Region, UK. This is a fully onsite role offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced biomedical scientist or application support scientist to provide technical service cover and customer support for pathology laboratory solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Provide laboratory scientist training and troubleshooting support.
* Deliver effective customer support and coordinate issue resolution onsite.
* Attend customer review meetings and build strong customer relationships.
* Support the implementation of installation projects, system modifications, and troubleshooting investigations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* In-depth understanding of the medical diagnostics industry with experience in hospital laboratories or diagnostics solution providers.
* Proven ability to implement best-in-class laboratory practices and troubleshoot effectively.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and plan work schedules autonomously.
* Willingness to travel extensively as required.
* Commitment to maintaining technical knowledge and building strong customer relationships.
