About The Role
Summary:
Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Coach Shunter Driver. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional standards. The main purpose of the role To ensure that each vehicle is correctly maintained and handed back to the client in line with requirements.
Times: Monday - Sunday 7pm – 11pm (4 days out of 7)
Rate £16.02 per hr
Principal Responsibilities:
* Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained.
* Respond to client requests as required.
* Conduct visual inspections and record odometer readings.
* Clean driver's cabin, bus entrance, and key exterior areas.
* Shunt buses for fuel, oil, and coolant top-ups.
* Ensure the team is adhering to policies, procedures and required cleaning standards on site
* Assess performance of the team and identify training needs
* Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
Key Requirements:
* Experience in vehicle cleaning (preferred).
* High standards of personal presentation.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills essential.
* The ability to work in confined spaces as this may be a requirement from time to time.
* Fluent English both written and spoken.
* Driving license essential.
* CAT D License qualification.
