We're growing our team and are looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join us, covering residential, commercial, education and other sectors.
Location: Stoke-On-Trent & National with travelling required as necessary
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Fuel Allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.00pm

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to play a key role across both pre-construction and live projects, acting as a main contractor known for lean management and direct delivery.
You'll support tendering, estimating, and cost planning at pre-construction stage, while also working closely with the Operations Manager and delivery teams once projects are live managing subcontractor accounts, procurement, valuations, reporting all the way through to Final Account.
The Role:
Estimator / Quantity Surveyor role covering both pre-construction and delivery stages
Preparing tenders, cost plans, and enquiries using
Measuring and costing packages
Managing subcontractors, procurement, payments, and variations
Cross reporting to the Operations Manager and liaising with site teams
Exposure to PCSA schemes (desirable but not essential)
What we're looking for:
5+ years' experience in a main contractor or established developer environment
Background in estimating, cost planning, and Quantity Surveyor work across residential, commercial, education schemes and other Sectors
Strong Excel skills for tender analysis and cost tracking
Clear communicator, confident with reporting and client / subcontractor liaison
HNC, Degree Qualified (desirable but not essential)
