Responsibilities
* Participate in market needs analysis to discover emerging trends in the agricultural sector;
* Responsible for advancing the “Stage Gate” design stages within a multidisciplinary project team;
* Responsible for the improvement and management of the product lifecycle for one or more product lines, from design to market withdrawal;
* Serve as the technical reference for the product line under your responsibility;
* Perform mathematical calculations and risk analysis;
* Test prototypes in collaboration with the workshop team;
* Occasionally travel to client sites for analysis, support, and prototype testing;
* Monitor product performance and propose strategic adjustments;

* Possess a sharp mind and enjoy problem-solving;
* Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and ability to translate market needs into technical solutions;
* Ability to adapt to changing situations;
* Organizational skills and resourcefulness;
* Strong attention to detail and quality work;
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;
* Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
* Proficiency in Solidworks software;
* Experience with product management tools (e.g., PLM) is an asset;
* Good level of English, both written and spoken (asset);
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, product management experience, or equivalent;
* Skills in mechanical design project management;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience;
* Experience in the manufacturing and agricultural sectors is an asset.
