We’re looking for a passionate and driven SMART Centre Manager to lead our internal behaviour provision—known as the SMART Centre. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, character, and future of our students.
What is the SMART Centre?
The SMART Centre is a dedicated space for students who need time to reflect, reset, and refocus when they’ve fallen short of our behaviour expectations. It’s not just about discipline—it’s about development. It’s about helping students get back on track with dignity, support, and purpose.
As SMART Centre Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of this vital provision. You’ll work closely with pastoral teams, teachers, and senior leaders to ensure students are supported, learning continues, and our high standards are upheld.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Creating a calm, structured, and respectful environment where students can reflect and reset.
* Supporting students to reintegrate into lessons with a renewed focus and positive mindset.
* Working with staff to ensure no learning is lost and every student is given the tools to succeed.
* Upholding and modelling the values of High Expectations, Knowledge, Character, and Continuous Improvement in everything you do.
