The job itself
We are looking for an organised individual to join the team at The Hub School as an Attendance Assistant who will play a key role in providing comprehensive and effective attendance support and incentive support for our School.
The working hours are from08:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 3.30pm Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional37 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be£21,976per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. 9. Excellent organisational skills.
10. A good eye for detail.
11. A good standard of education including literacy and numeracy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent.
12. Excellent ICT skills.
13. Experience of working in a busy office environment in an administrative role.
